Greg Saltz

Greg Saltz, President and founder GPS Retail Advisors, is a seasoned commercial real estate agent specializing in retail brokerage. Since 2002, Saltz has established himself as one of the leading tenant brokers in the industry, representing some of the most active retailers in the market today including Dutch Bros Coffee, Natural Grocers, Pet Club, Pieology, KFC and Hibbett Sports. Assuming the role of master broker for Pet Club in their expansion throughout the Southwest, Saltz has assisted them in more than 55 lease transactions to date.

Prior to founding GPS Retail Advisors, Saltz was an integral part of the brokerage team at Phoenix Commercial Advisors, a member of Chainlinks Retail Advisors considered to be the premier national network for retail brokers. During 5+ years at De Rito Partners, Inc., the largest local retail brokerage company in the Phoenix market, he ranked as the number-one producer in 2011 and a top producer in 2010 and 2012. Greg received Costar’s Power Broker award in 2014, 2015 and 2016.

Marty Olejarczyk

Marty Olejarczyk (Marty O.), a Partner with GPS Retail Advisors, is a veteran commercial retail broker with experience in all aspects of retail brokerage and development since 1984. Marty is well known in the industry for representing quality retail chain tenants in Arizona and other markets throughout the western United States.

He currently represents Ace Hardware, Dutch Bros. Coffee, Muscle Maker Grill, Fuddrucker’s, Verizon, Redwing Shoes, Cadence Preschools, Tucano’s Brazilian Grill, Verizon Wireless, and many others. He understands what it takes for successful tenant rollouts. In working with Ace Hardware, Marty has completed more than 70 (and counting) new store transactions and more than 30 renewals in five different states.

Prior to joining GPS Retail Advisors, Marty was with DeRito Partners and Retail Brokers, Inc., companies considered amongst the largest and most prestigious brokerage firms in Arizona. While at DeRito Partners, Inc. Marty was annually one of the top five producers.

Martin Leon

Martin Leon has over 30 years of experience with a focus encompassing land brokerage, retail investment sales and national retailer representation. His current active client roster includes representing Wendy’s, Smart & Final and Stardust Building Supplies.

Leon’s strategic planning, market knowledge and well-honed negotiating skill ensures that his clients get the maximum value for their transaction. His expertise also spans a number of niche industries including automotive and grocery.

Prior to joining GPS Retail Advisors, Leon spent over 11 years with DeRito Partners, where he was one of the top producers with the firm. Additionally, his background includes serving as the Real Estate Manager for 99 Cent Only Stores, where he was responsible for new site acquisitions in Arizona, Nevada and the San Francisco Bay Area. He also served as the Senior Real Estate Manager, Surplus Property for Albertson’s, where he was responsible for developing exit strategies of the non-performing assets. He was also part of the Surplus Team that disposed $1 Billion in company assets in 2002.

In 2012 Martin was part of the team that received NAIOP’s “Transaction of the Year” award. He has been a member of ICSC since 1990.

Jesse Rozio

Set on pursuing a career in commercial real estate, Jesse Rozio graduated from the University of Arizona after just three years, with a degree in Finance. He is using his passion for real estate and his strong analytical abilities to service tenants and landlords, as well as seek out opportunities for retail investment and expansion.

Prior to joining GPS Retail Advisors, Jesse had exposure to residential real estate investments. This was valuable experience focused on the fundamentals of real estate, and provided him the tools to quickly acclimate to the commercial real estate industry.

When he is not at work, Jesse loves to play basketball and tennis, travel, and spend time getting involved with various organizations in the community.
