As a seasoned real estate executive with entrepreneurial approach, Greg adds strategic insight throughout the sales process. Greg founded GPS Commercial Advisors in 2014 after 14+ years in commercial brokerage with a successful track record leasing over 10M square feet of retail space.

He held prior roles with Phoenix Commercial Advisors and DeRito Partners, Inc. where he was recognized as top producer for three years running. Greg launched the entry of publicly-traded Natural Grocers into the Phoenix market and was heavily involved in Dutch Bros. Coffee’s expansion throughout Arizona.

He currently represents high-profile clients including Dutch Bros., Taco Bell, KFC and Natural Grocers. Greg was awarded CoStar’s Power Broker Award in 2014, 2015 and 2016. He holds leadership roles with The Jewish Federation, Chabad of Arizona and The Aji Network and has been a licensed Broker in the State of Arizona since 2002.

He has exceptional tenant representation experience and has led in the acquisition and disposition of numerous existing and ground-up retail developments throughout Arizona.

Jesse is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a licensed Broker in the State of Arizona. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona Eller College of Management where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Jesse holds a leadership role on the Now-Gen Board of the Phoenix Jewish Federation.

Martin Leon

Martin Leon has over 30 years of experience with a focus encompassing land brokerage, retail investment sales and national retailer representation. His current active client roster includes representing Wendy’s, Smart & Final and Stardust Building Supplies.

Leon’s strategic planning, market knowledge and well-honed negotiating skill ensures that his clients get the maximum value for their transaction. His expertise also spans a number of niche industries including automotive and grocery.

Prior to joining GPS Commercial Advisors, Leon spent over 11 years with DeRito Partners, where he was one of the top producers with the firm. Additionally, his background includes serving as the Real Estate Manager for 99 Cent Only Stores, where he was responsible for new site acquisitions in Arizona, Nevada and the San Francisco Bay Area. He also served as the Senior Real Estate Manager, Surplus Property for Albertson’s, where he was responsible for developing exit strategies of the non-performing assets. He was also part of the Surplus Team that disposed $1 Billion in company assets in 2002.

In 2012 Martin was part of the team that received NAIOP’s “Transaction of the Year” award. He has been a member of ICSC since 1990.
