He held prior roles with Phoenix Commercial Advisors and DeRito Partners, Inc. where he was recognized as top producer for three years running. Greg launched the entry of publicly-traded Natural Grocers into the Phoenix market and was heavily involved in Dutch Bros. Coffee’s expansion throughout Arizona.
He currently represents high-profile clients including Dutch Bros., Eegee’s, Taco Bell, KFC and Natural Grocers. Greg was awarded CoStar’s Power Broker Award in 2014, 2015 and 2016. He holds leadership roles with The Jewish Federation, Chabad of Arizona and The Aji Network and has been a licensed Broker in the State of Arizona since 2002.

Prior to becoming a Partner at GPS, Marty was a Principal at Retail Brokers, Inc. and DeRito Partners, Inc., two of the largest and most prestigious brokerage firms in Arizona.
Marty has an exceptional reputation in the industry for representing national retail chains in Arizona and other markets throughout the United States; he is currently representing quality tenants including Ace Hardware, Dutch Bros., Eegee’s, Kahoots, Costa Vida, and many others.
Marty is a Veteran of the US Air Force, active in his Church Community, and enjoys skiing, water skiing, biking, scuba diving, and many other activities with his wife and kids.
A dedicated commercial real estate professional with an analytical sales perspective, Jesse leads the Investment Sales Division for GPS Commercial Advisors. Jesse brings a strong background in finance, investment sales and retail tenant insights to his role.
He has exceptional tenant representation experience and has led in the acquisition and disposition of numerous existing and ground-up retail developments throughout Arizona.
Jesse is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a licensed Broker in the State of Arizona. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona Eller College of Management where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Jesse holds a leadership role on the Now-Gen Board of the Phoenix Jewish Federation.
Steven joins the GPS Commercial Advisors team after nearly a decade as a real estate professional in New York City. Steven has worked on both the brokerage and development sides of the business, holding wide-ranging portfolios. This list includes some of the largest, most prominent developers in the country both locally in New York City as well as national institutional investors.
Through a combination of relentless work ethic and unwavering loyalty, Steven has developed a strong reputation for consistently delivering outstanding results for his clients.
Originally from Arizona, Steven is excited to bring his knowledge and experience to his new role and a thriving market. Steven obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from Northern Arizona University.
Born and raised in Wisconsin, Heather attended the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee where she majored in Anthropology and earned her bachelor’s degree. Goal minded professional with over twenty years of experience in business development and administrative roles, Heather comes to GPS with over twenty plus years in the Sales and Service Industry. Innovative thinker with a sound understanding of organizational development she has incorporated successful solutions for companies within hospitality, dance, and sustainable agriculture.
In 2013, Heather was hired as an Executive Assistant and Social Media Manager for a private venture firm and relocated to Colorado. While immersed in this business, Heather gained her certification in QuickBooks and took on new challenges in bookkeeping and accounting practices for the firm as well as website development.
In 2019, Heather relocated to Tucson, Arizona where she continued her website management and social media knowledge growth and in 2020, she was hired by Fred Astaire Dance Studios first as a business development manager providing her numerous ways to stay busy and active during COVID. The beginning of 2023 brought not only the opportunity to move to Phoenix, but with it came a chance to move into the CRE industry when introduced through a headhunter to Greg. After meeting the team, she knew it would be an awesome fit for all and is so excited to be able to learn from the best minds in the Greater Phoenix Area.
