Assuming the role of master broker for Pet Club in their expansion throughout the Southwest, Saltz has assisted them in more than 55 lease transactions to date.
Prior to founding GPS Retail Advisors, Saltz was an integral part of the brokerage team at Phoenix Commercial Advisors, a member of Chainlinks Retail Advisors considered to be the premier national network for retail brokers. During 5+ years at De Rito Partners, Inc., the largest local retail brokerage company in the Phoenix market, he ranked as the number-one producer in 2011 and a top producer in 2010 and 2012. Greg received Costar’s Power Broker award both in 2014 and 2015.
